President, Robert Clyde presided over the gathering of Kewanna alumni and honored teachers in attendance. A check in the amount of $1000.00 was presented to the Alumni Association in memory of Eric Johnston (62) by his loving parents, Col. & Mrs. Howard Johnston. The money is to be used to preserve and restore the KHS graduation pictures on display in the basement of the Union Township branch of the Fulton County Public Library, located on Main Street in Kewanna.</I></div> <div> <I>Fourteen Alumnus from the Class of 1952 celebrated their </I><I>50th Class Reunion</I><I>; twelve were on hand from the Class of  1977 to celebrate their </I><I>25th</I><I>. Among the honored guests were former Principal Charles Bernhardt;  Asst. Principal  Herb McWhorter; Teachers, Shirley Willard, Bonnie Boocher, Krystal Smith & Mr. Daubenheyer; & Coach David Burkett. The Alumni Association Officers: Robert Clyde - President, Steve Rude - VP, Marsha Skinner Link - Secretary, and George Hoover - Treasurer were re-elected (railroaded) for another year.
